Information that may be processed
Depending on the source and business workflow, REAL CRM may process information such as name, phone number, email address, enquiry message, property or service interest, location, budget range, lead source, campaign name, form name or form ID, lead creation time, assignment status, user notes, follow-up records, and documents connected to CRM activity.
How information is used
Information is used to receive enquiries, manage leads, assign records to authorized users or teams, support customer follow-up, keep communication history, manage real estate workflows, prepare business records, and generate internal reports.
Meta / Facebook lead information
If a business authorizes a Meta/Facebook lead form integration, REAL CRM may receive lead information submitted through that form. This information is used only for CRM, assignment, customer follow-up, communication, and internal reporting related to that business workflow.
Data sharing
RIZING Tech does not sell CRM user data or customer lead data. Access to CRM data is limited to authorized business users, administrators, and service providers where required to operate, secure, support, or maintain the platform.
Security and access control
REAL CRM is designed with role-based access control, protected administrative workflows, and controlled access to CRM records, documents, integrations, and reports.
Data retention
Data may be retained while it is required for CRM operations, client service, security, business records, legal requirements, dispute handling, or legitimate operational purposes.
Data requests and deletion
Users, customers, or businesses may request review, correction, or deletion of information related to REAL CRM by contacting RIZING Tech at info@rizingtech.net or by visiting the Data Requests page.
